Questions
Frequently Asked
1
Which board is the school affiliated to, and is the affiliation current?
expand_more
CBSE, under affiliation number 531446 with school code 41418, valid from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030 at senior secondary level. Worth checking carefully: the school's own website publishes two different expiry dates on two different pages, one of which says the affiliation ended in March 2025 and would read as expired. CBSE's own register shows it valid to 2030, and that is the correct figure. The stale page should be ignored.
2
Which streams are available in Classes 11 and 12?
expand_more
Science and Commerce are both evidenced from the school's own results board, which names Class 12 toppers by stream. We found no evidence of an Arts or Humanities stream and have not listed one — ask the school directly if Arts matters to you.
3
Why does the school have no state board affiliation?
expand_more
Because it does not need one. It began as a Haryana state-recognised school in 2014 and moved to CBSE affiliation in 2017, and it enters Class 10 and 12 candidates through CBSE. Its disclosure still carries the state no-objection certificate that CBSE affiliation requires.
4
Is the school accessible for a child with a disability?
expand_more
Not well. Despite being the largest school in the block, it records no ramps, no handrails and no toilets designed for children with disabilities. It does employ a named special educator. Families with access needs should discuss this directly before applying.
5
How have students performed in the board examinations?
expand_more
Class 10 results have been at or near a hundred per cent for several years, including 130 of 130 in the most recent year published. Class 12 has been strong but more variable, with the most recent published year at about 91 per cent from 138 candidates — a real dip that the school publishes itself.
6
Which classes does the school teach?
expand_more
Pre-primary through Class 12. Note that the government report card records no pre-primary enrolment, but the school's own statutory filing declares five pre-primary sections with about 150 children, so the wing does run.
7
What are the fees?
expand_more
A monthly composite fee in four bands from Class 1 to Class 12, plus a one-time admission charge at each stage entry point, a prospectus fee for new families and a board examination fee in Classes 10 and 12. It is the most expensive of the schools at Jakhauli.
8
Does the school have a hostel?
expand_more
No. Government records list it as non-residential with no hostel capacity. It does run a transport service.
